Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Shape dough into small balls and make a thumbprint in each.
- Fill each thumbprint with peach preserves.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Once cooled, color the tops with yellow food coloring for a peachy look.
