Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Stir in the diced zucchini, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, cooking until the zucchini is tender.
