Description

A delicious twist on traditional eggs with a spicy gochujang glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and carefully add the eggs.
  2. Cook for about 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Once eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
  5. Peel the eggs and toss them gently in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
