Description
A delicious twist on traditional eggs with a spicy gochujang glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and carefully add the eggs.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
- While the eggs are cooking, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Once eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and toss them gently in the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.

- Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred egg yolk texture.
- Serve with rice or as a topping for salads.
