Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, green onions, and soy sauce.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and eggs.
- Pour the egg mixture into the cabbage mixture and stir until combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon the batter into the skillet, forming pancakes.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot, drizzled with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, topped with bonito flakes and seaweed if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of the pancakes by adding more or less water.
