Description

A delicious savory pancake made with cabbage, often known as Okonomiyaki, which is popular in Japanese cuisine.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, green onions, and soy sauce.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and eggs.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the cabbage mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Spoon the batter into the skillet, forming pancakes.
  6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot, drizzled with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, topped with bonito flakes and seaweed if desired.
