- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons jasmine tea, brewed and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, starting and ending with the flour.
- Stir in the jasmine tea and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
