Description

Delicious low-carb lettuce wraps filled with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. While the bacon cooks, wash and dry the Romaine lettuce leaves.
  3. Slice the tomatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Assemble the wraps by spreading the mayonnaise mixture on lettuce leaves, adding bacon and tomato slices.
  6. Wrap and serve immediately.
