Delicious low-carb lettuce wraps filled with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
Ingredients

- 8 slices bacon
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- While the bacon cooks, wash and dry the Romaine lettuce leaves.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading the mayonnaise mixture on lettuce leaves, adding bacon and tomato slices.
- Wrap and serve immediately.

- Use thick-cut bacon for extra flavor.
- Feel free to add avocado or cheese for extra richness.
