Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- They can also be frozen for longer storage.
