Description

Delicious and healthy Keto Blueberry Bars that are low in carbs and perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
