Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and melted butter; mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
