Description

This Keto Chocolate Silk Pie is a rich and creamy dessert that fits perfectly into a low-carb lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
  3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add vanilla and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
