Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add vanilla and sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
