Description

A delicious and easy snack that combines the flavors of a Reuben sandwich in a low-carb, gluten-free format.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces deli corned beef
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, and chives until well combined.
