- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, and chives until well combined.
- Lay out slices of corned beef and spread a layer of the cheese mixture on top.
- Roll the corned beef tightly around the cheese mixture.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the beef is crispy.
