Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese; microwave until melted and smooth.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients along with eggs and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into sticks.
- Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet and brush with garlic and parsley mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated parmesan before baking.
