- 6 hot dogs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into bun shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before placing hot dogs inside.

- Store leftover buns in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
