Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
  3. Add cauliflower rice, cheese, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, and eggs to form the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place filling in the center and fold to create pies.
  6. Place the pies on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
