- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Slice the cauliflower into thin, even slices.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the cauliflower slices in the baking dish.
- Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using flavored cheeses or mixing in some cooked bacon bits.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
