Description

A delicious and spicy low-carb bowl featuring tender beef bulgogi, tangy kimchi, and creamy cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochugaru, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned.
  4. Add the chopped kimchi and sauté for another couple of minutes.
  5. Serve in bowls topped with mozzarella cheese and garnished with green onions.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more gochugaru.
  • This dish can be served with cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
