Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochugaru, garlic, and ginger.
- Add beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned.
- Add the chopped kimchi and sauté for another couple of minutes.
- Serve in bowls topped with mozzarella cheese and garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more gochugaru.
- This dish can be served with cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
