Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickness)


Instructions
