Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté the ground beef with garlic and ginger until browned.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- Add boiling water and beaten egg to the flour mixture, stir until combined.
- Knead the dough and divide it into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and add a spoonful of beef mixture, folding to seal.
- Steam the bao buns for about 15 minutes until fluffy.
- Serve warm with green onions.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in a steamer for the best texture.
