Description

Deliciously savory Wagyu beef rolls stuffed with spicy kimchi.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Wagyu beef
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar.
  3. Thinly slice the Wagyu beef and lay out the pieces flat.
  4. Place a spoonful of the kimchi mixture at one end of each beef slice and roll tightly.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Cook the rolls on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
