- 1 pound Wagyu beef
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Thinly slice the Wagyu beef and lay out the pieces flat.
- Place a spoonful of the kimchi mixture at one end of each beef slice and roll tightly.
- Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Cook the rolls on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
