Description
A delicious Korean steak sandwich with marinated beef and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- Toast sandwich rolls on the grill for a few minutes.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing sliced steak on the rolls and topping with kimchi, cucumber, and green onions.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sriracha or another hot sauce.
- Try using a different bread type for a unique twist.
