Description

Delicious and cheesy spinach puffs inspired by Kronk’s culinary skills.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling diagonally and seal the edges.
  6. Place the puffs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a crispier texture, brush the puffs with egg wash before baking.
  • These can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
