Delicious and cheesy spinach puffs inspired by Kronk’s culinary skills.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling diagonally and seal the edges.
- Place the puffs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a crispier texture, brush the puffs with egg wash before baking.
- These can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
