- 1 pound lamb kidneys
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean the lamb kidneys and remove any membranes.
- Slice the kidneys into thin pieces.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the kidneys to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
