Description

A delicate dish that elevates lamb kidneys with a delicious deviled flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb kidneys
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Clean the lamb kidneys and remove any membranes.
  2. Slice the kidneys into thin pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
  4. Add the kidneys to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
