Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch, and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
