Ingredients

  • 2 cans sardines in olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add sardines (with oil), lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
