Description

Delicious lobster and crab meat combined with seasoned butter, perfect for gourmet appetizers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper, and roll into a log.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Slice into rounds and serve.

Notes

  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • These butter bombs are great on grilled seafood or as a spread on bread.
