A deliciously creamy mac and cheese with succulent lobster pieces.

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in mustard, cheddar cheese until melted.
- Fold in the macaroni and lobster meat.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked lobster for best flavor.
- For added richness, use a combination of cheeses.
