Description

Delicious low-carb fat bombs made with matcha and white chocolate, perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil and white chocolate chips together.
  2. Stir in the matcha powder, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
  5. Remove from molds and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a more intense matcha flavor, increase the matcha powder.
  • These can also be made with dark chocolate for a different flavor profile.
