Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil and white chocolate chips together.
- Stir in the matcha powder, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a more intense matcha flavor, increase the matcha powder.
- These can also be made with dark chocolate for a different flavor profile.
