Description

A decadent dessert combining the flavors of white chocolate and raspberry.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Combine the white chocolate mixture and mascarpone, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Dip ladyfingers into the mixture briefly, making sure they don’t get soggy.
  5. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish. Spread half of the white chocolate mixture over the top.
  6. Add half of the fresh raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with the white chocolate mixture on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
  • Allowing the tiramisu to chill overnight enhances the flavors.
