Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Combine the white chocolate mixture and mascarpone, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a shallow dish, combine brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Dip ladyfingers into the mixture briefly, making sure they don’t get soggy.
- Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish. Spread half of the white chocolate mixture over the top.
- Add half of the fresh raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with the white chocolate mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
- Allowing the tiramisu to chill overnight enhances the flavors.
