Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the diced mango and shredded coconut.
