Description

A sweet and spicy sauce that blends the flavors of mango, habanero, and garlic, perfect for marinades or dipping.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mangoes, habaneros, honey, garlic, white vinegar, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
