- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine mangoes, habaneros, honey, garlic, white vinegar, and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
