- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish and pour the maple glaze over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
