Deliciously sweet and savory, this Maple Glazed Salmon is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish and pour the maple glaze over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
