Description

Delicious and refreshing Margarita Balls that are perfect for parties or a sweet treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup margarita salt for rolling


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and coconut.
  2. Add melted butter, tequila, lime juice, and lime zest to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until combined, then chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll each ball in margarita salt to coat.
  6. Refrigerate the balls until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila with additional lime juice.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
