Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup margarita salt for rolling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and coconut.
- Add melted butter, tequila, lime juice, and lime zest to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until combined, then chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in margarita salt to coat.
- Refrigerate the balls until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila with additional lime juice.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
