Ingredients

- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the cheeses into cubes and place them in a jar.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and parsley.
- Pour the marinade over the cheese cubes in the jar.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
- Serve with toothpicks or on a cheese platter.
Notes
- For best flavor, allow the cheese to marinate for 48 hours.
- This dish can be served as an appetizer at parties or gatherings.
