Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and melted butter until smooth.

- In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, matcha powder, and salt.
