Description

Indulge in these delicious Matcha Coconut Almond Butter Cups, perfect for a sweet and healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and pour the mixture into each liner, filling them about 2/3 full.
  3. If using, sprinkle shredded coconut on top of each cup.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the fridge for about 1-2 hours until set.
  5. Once set, remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!
