Description

Decadent cups made with matcha, almond butter, and coconut for a delicious treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and matcha powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded coconut and sea salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  5. Remove from molds and enjoy your healthy treat!
