Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once set, enjoy or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- These can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
- Feel free to roll them in additional coconut for added texture.
