Description

Delicious and healthy matcha coconut balls, perfect for snacking or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once set, enjoy or store in an airtight container.
