Description

Deliciously chewy blondies infused with matcha and loaded with white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the matcha powder to taste.
