These Mini Egg Nest Pasta Salad Cups are a fun and delicious way to enjoy a classic pasta salad. Perfect for parties and gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
