Description

Delicious mini cakes that are warm, buttery, and filled with almond flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into greased mini cake molds.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
