Description

A healthy and revitalizing detox broth infused with miso, ginger, and lemon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the vegetable broth and ginger, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add garlic, lemon juice, green onions, soy sauce if using, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For an extra boost, add some spinach or kale before serving.
