Description
A healthy and revitalizing detox broth infused with miso, ginger, and lemon.
Ingredients

- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the vegetable broth and ginger, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, green onions, soy sauce if using, and black pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra boost, add some spinach or kale before serving.
- This broth can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
