Description

A flavorful and spicy chicken recipe marinated with harissa, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • Adjust the spice level by using more or less harissa paste.
