- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using more or less harissa paste.
- Serve with couscous or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
