Description

A delightful cheesecake infused with the subtle flavors of Earl Grey tea and topped with fresh mulberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Earl Grey tea leaves
  • 1 cup mulberries
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and Earl Grey tea leaves.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with sour cream and fresh mulberries before serving.

  • Fresh or frozen mulberries can be used.
