Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Add the vinegar and gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the cornstarch.
- Spread the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in a circle, making a slight well in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely in the oven.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the meringue is cool, top it with the whipped cream and arrange the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and banana on top.
