Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
