Description

These No-Bake Snowman Truffles are a festive treat that are easy to make and perfect for holiday parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 2 candy eyes
  • 1 small orange candy (for the nose)
  • 1 piece of black licorice (for the mouth)
  • 1 mini candy cane (for the scarf)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafer cookies, cream cheese, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate to coat.
  4. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment paper to set.
  5. Once set, decorate the truffles using the candy eyes, orange candy nose, black licorice mouth, and mini candy cane for the scarf.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the truffles set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
