This No-Knead Turkish Bread is an easy and delicious way to enjoy homemade bread with minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 2 cups warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and stir until combined. The dough will be sticky.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a cast-iron skillet or Dutch oven inside to heat.
- While the oven is heating, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the pot and place the dough inside, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
- Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- The longer the dough rests, the better the flavor will be.
- For a crustier bread, you can bake it without the lid for the last 10 minutes.
