Description

A traditional Scandinavian dessert that is light and fluffy, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water.
  3. Add the gelatin mixture to the cream and stir until fully combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  6. To serve, invert the mold onto a plate and enjoy.
