Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the cream and stir until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
- To serve, invert the mold onto a plate and enjoy.

- For a fruit topping, consider adding fresh berries.
