- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup beet puree
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, combine the beet puree, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For a sweeter brownie, increase the maple syrup by a few tablespoons.
- These brownies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
