- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, sift together almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites, then add vanilla extract.
- Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheets and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool completely.
- For the filling, beat butter with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Oreo crumbs until smooth.
- Spread the filling on one macaroon and sandwich with another.
