- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
- Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll into small balls.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- These can be rolled in crushed nuts or additional coconut for variation.
