Description

Delicious and easy to make peanut butter balls that are perfect for snacks or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
  2. Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, roll into small balls.
  5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
